AnnualCreditReport.com is the only site that allows online access to all three credit bureaus. It is approved by the FTC.
Credit reports are free but scores are proprietary and you have to pay for them. If all you want is your score, go to MyFico.com. You get real FICO scores instead of Fako scores that two of the bureaus sell you.
