I can’t believe this 80’s revival trend of spandex leggings hasn’t died yet. Everyone thought it was just a 2006 fad but it has persevered. Then I thought they’d go out in 2008 but they came stronger than ever that year. And in 09 they are popular.

No one knows. At the moment, the credit expires on Nov. 30th 2009. It would need a new act of Congress to extend it.
