I need to get some medical information that stems back several years. and its very pertinent medical information. how do you obtain information on yourself through the websites/your personal computer. Thanks.

I want to know all I can about myself, and I am very interested in my medical history. I heard about the Freedom of Information Act, but looking at the government site and others, I found only dead-ends and VA options. I am not a Vet, so where do I turn to? [...]
