How Do You Do A Video Conference On Skype?

I downloaded skype to use with my teammates, and we were trying to figure out how to do a video conference but could not get it to work. All we could do was a “conference call” with sound, but no video. We could do video chats 1 on 1, but not among the whole group.
Is this possible, or can you only do voice group conferences and not video group conferences?
