freecreditreport.sinfree.net – try this site. I use it to monitor my credit and also cleaned off some bad items from my credit report. You can apply for free initial plan and get your scores and reports for free.

AnnualCreditReport.com is the ONLY site that gives you online access to your free annual credit report from each credit bureau. This is the site mandated by the FTC. Reports are free but scores are not.
All other sites require you to sign up for monitoring services — a total waste of money.
If you want your score, the best place is MyFico.com. You get real FICO scores for all three credit bureaus. Creditors use FICO.

There is only one really free website to get your credit reports for free: http://www.AnnualCreditReport.com was set up by the credit bureaus and the US government and you can get one credit report per year from each agency. No credit cards etc. required.
