She is on dialysis 3-times a week because her kidney failed. What i have to do to bring her here,what hospitals i should contact, any information how to bring her here and who can support in medical treatment

It isn’t going to happen. You aren’t going to get a visa for a critically ill person who is going to be on the public dole.
Are you asking us how she can get free medical treatment? If so I don’t have any answers for you. I am sorry about your mother’s condition, but we have poor people here in the US who don’t even qualify for free treatment. She is obviously getting the dialysis wherever she is, it might be a good idea to stay there.
Learning English might be a good start.
